PRODUCT DETAILS

Product Introduction

Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) is a widely used phosphatic fertilizer with a guaranteed nutrient analysis of 18% nitrogen (N) and 46% phosphorus (P₂O₅). With its high nutrient content and excellent physical properties, DAP is a top choice for basal application across a wide variety of crops.

Produced by reacting ammonia with phosphoric acid, DAP is granular, non-hygroscopic, and easy to store and apply. It also has a slightly alkaline reaction in the soil, which benefits crops growing in acidic conditions.

Benefits of DAP Fertilizer

  • High phosphorus and nitrogen content in a single product
  • Promotes strong root development and early plant vigor
  • Enhances flowering, fruiting, and grain formation
  • Ideal for use as a base fertilizer or pre-planting application
  • Free-flowing, dry granules – suitable for mechanical spreading
  • Minimal moisture absorption – good for long-term storage
  • Compatible with most NPK blends
